Preparation

Mix the beer, soy sauce, mustard, spices, and minced garlic.

Place the pieces of meat in a deep bowl or jar, pour the marinade over them, and let them sit for 3-4 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

In a skillet, heat the oil with butter, and fry the meat until golden brown. Add the bacon and onions, and cook for a few more minutes.

Add the chopped pepper and tomatoes, pour in the water and part of the marinade, cover with a lid, and simmer for 1.5-2 hours on low heat.
