The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and the Argentine Football Association (AFA) have confirmed the date and venue for the 2026 Finalissima between the national teams of Spain and Argentina, according to UEFA's press service.
The match will be held at the Lusail Stadium in Qatar on March 27.
"The Finalissima brings together two continental champions in one of the most prestigious events in football, highlighting the truly global reach of the game and the strong bond between our confederations. We look forward to an unforgettable evening of top-class football and celebration," said UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin.
At the UEFA Euro 2024, the Spanish national team defeated England (2:1), while at the Copa America 2024, the Argentine team triumphed over Colombia (1:0).
The Finalissima was first held in June 2022, when Argentina defeated Italy 3:0.
