Eighteen-year-old Brazilian forward of London Chelsea Estevan Willian became the third player in history at the age of 19 or younger to score in each of his first three Champions League matches in the starting lineup, according to Opta.
Last night, the forward scored a goal against Barcelona in the home match of the 5th round of the group stage of the Champions League (3:0), establishing the current score at 2:0 in the 55th minute.
Earlier, Estevan scored in the matches of the 3rd round of the Champions League against Ajax (1:0 at home) and the 4th round against Karabakh (2:2 away), in which he also played in the starting lineup. Before this, the forward participated in Champions League matches only as a substitute.
Previously, scoring in all three of his first Champions League matches in the starting lineup at a teenage age (19 or younger) was only achieved by 18-year-old Kylian Mbappe and 19-year-old Erling Haaland.
