Russian businessman Roman Abramovich plans to become one of the largest shareholders of Galatasaray, reports the Turkish online publication Sozcu.
According to the source, Abramovich has already purchased a mansion in Istanbul and is preparing to move to the capital of Turkey.
From 2003 to 2022, Abramovich owned Chelsea. Under his ownership, the London team became English champions five times, won the FA Cup five times, the EFL Cup three times, and triumphed twice in both the Champions League and the Europa League.
