Member of the Saeima Edgar Zelderis has died at the age of 42 0 11

Zelderis was born in 1983.

He was elected to the 14th Saeima on the Progressive list but left the parliamentary faction of the party in June of last year.

At one time, Zelderis founded the party "We are for Talsi and the region" and served as the mayor of Talsi municipality, and on July 24 of this year, he left his position as a member of the party's board.

According to information on the website of the Central Election Commission, the Saeima mandate that belonged to Zelderis is to be given to the parliamentary secretary of the Ministry of Defense, Liene Gatere.
