Today, on the day of Ligo, and tomorrow, on Jāņi, public transport in Riga will be free, announced Baiba Bartashevicha-Feldmane, the head of the public relations department of Rīgas satiksme.
In addition, on the night of June 24, due to the festive events at the Green Theater in Mezaparks, additional public transport services will be organized in Grizinkalns and Dzeguzkalns.
During the holidays, the operating hours of customer service centers and the payment procedure for municipal paid parking will also change.
