The total circulation of newspapers published in other languages and registered in the Media Register of Latvia has nearly halved over five years, according to data provided by the National Library of Latvia.
In 2021, the total circulation of such newspapers in Latvia was 13 million copies. In 2022, it decreased to 11 million, and a year later — to nine million.
In 2024, the total circulation of newspapers in other languages registered in the Media Register of Latvia was eight million, while last year it was seven million.
