The State Police are searching for the missing Raivis Akmeņlauks, born in 1991, who left the Latvian Infectious Diseases Center in Riga at 3 Linezera Street on Monday evening and has not returned, the LETA news agency was informed by law enforcement.
The man left the facility around 6:00 PM.
He is tall, with dark hair, a dark beard, and a distinctly yellowish skin tone. He was wearing a blue sweater, gray pants, and gray slippers.
The State Police urges everyone to look at the man's photograph and to respond if they know of his possible whereabouts by calling 112.
