In the first half of the day, fog and frost will persist in some areas. A light eastern wind is expected.
The maximum air temperature will range from -3 to -9 degrees.
In Riga, significant precipitation is not forecasted, a light eastern wind will blow, and the air temperature will remain below -5 degrees.
Weather conditions are influenced by an anticyclone. A cyclone is strengthening over Ukraine, which will cause gusty winds in Latvia on Friday. The atmospheric pressure at sea level is 1016–1019 hectopascals.
