While not everyone receives the average salary set in the country, public sector employees cannot complain about their pay level. The Saeima of the Republic of Latvia is inviting applications for the position of Deputy Head of the Public Relations Bureau with a salary ranging from 2931 to 4150 euros (gross) per month.
The significant difference in the amount of salary paid depends on the qualifications of the specific employee. If the candidate is highly qualified, there is every chance of receiving the maximum promised salary of 4150 euros per month before taxes.
Of course, there will be responsibilities to fulfill. The following functions will need to be performed:
- participate in the planning and implementation of strategic and crisis communication;
- coordinate the development and implementation of institutional communication documents of the Saeima;
- develop digital communication projects of the Saeima;
- plan and implement public engagement projects, especially targeting the youth audience;
- plan and create educational materials on democracy and parliamentarism.
Applications must be submitted by January 5 of the following year.
