Iluta Lace, a board member and director of the 'Marta Center' association, is nominated for her work in combating violence and active participation in public discussions on gender equality issues.
Jurgis Zabulis, the artistic director and chief conductor of the choir 'Kamēr…', is nominated for his international achievements in European choral competitions and for promoting Latvia's name abroad.
Kaspars Ciprus, the general secretary of the Latvian Basketball Federation, is nominated for organizing the EuroBasket 2025 championship in Latvia and attracting the attention of European basketball fans.
The winner will be determined by public voting, which is held as a way to express gratitude to a person who has made a significant contribution to strengthening Latvia's integration into Europe.
The award ceremony will take place on December 22 at 15:00, organized by EKL.
