At the end of November and the beginning of December, there will be little sunshine and occasional precipitation in Latvia, meteorologists predict, reports LETA.
On Thursday, November 27, there will be snow in most parts of the country, with rain and icy conditions expected in Latgale. During the weekend, precipitation will be sporadic, mainly light rain and icy conditions.
In the second half of the week, the average air temperature will be close to zero, with occasional increases to +8 degrees on the coast; however, in most regions of the country, slight frosts are expected periodically. A moderate southern wind will create a feeling of cooler weather; on Friday, gusts of wind on the coast will reach 19 meters per second.
Meteorologists predict similar weather conditions in the first days of December, but slightly warmer weather is possible later in the month.
