In Ulyanovsk, a retiree left two families homeless and died of a heart attack.

In Ulyanovsk, a retiree deceived two families, leaving them without housing, and ended up in the grave. As reported by Telegram channels, the woman suffered a heart attack.

The 84-year-old fraudster sold two apartments to families with children. The transactions were verified through a notary and a bank. After signing the contract, the buyers received the keys and moved into the apartments; however, a few months later, the retiree locked herself in one of the apartments and claimed that she acted under the pressure of scammers.

The woman filed a lawsuit and contested both transactions. Meanwhile, before the proceedings, she transferred the property to relatives and stated that she would not return the money to the buyers. As a result, the retiree retained the apartments, while the families were left without housing and funds.

On January 26, the fraudster passed away. Now the issue of the apartments and the woman's debts will have to be resolved by her heirs.
