The Presnensky Court of Moscow has accepted for processing Vitaly Borodin's lawsuit against Alla Pugacheva for the protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation. Previously, the lawsuit remained inactive due to non-compliance with the form and content of the documents.
Vitaly Borodin, head of the Federal Project for Security and Anti-Corruption (FPBK), stated that he intends to strip Pugacheva of her title of People's Artist through the court following her recent interview. According to him, the singer "receives money for her statements" and "has caused intentional harm to Russian society for many years."
The court proceedings will begin after the official acceptance of the lawsuit for processing.
