"Combating illegal online harm and protecting children remain priorities for Ofcom. We are aware of serious concerns regarding the section on Grok on X that publishes naked images of people.
We urgently contacted X and xAI, their artificial intelligence division, to find out what measures they have taken to fulfill their legal obligations to protect users in the UK. Based on their response, we will conduct an operational assessment to determine if there are potential compliance issues that require investigation," the source reports.
