Ну чем они были не пара.

The famous singer holds no grudges against the 76-year-old exile.

Philipp Kirkorov responded to Alla Pugacheva's words about how she agreed to marry him only to help him.

The artist mentioned this back in September, during an interview where she recalled how Victoria, the artist's mother, asked her for help. When the woman was battling cancer, Alla Borisovna visited her once again and promised not to abandon Philipp.

"I was pressured. While my mother was alive, his grandmother, who was friends with my mother, asked to help Philipp. Victoria (Kirkorov's mother — Ed.) kept asking: 'Help little Philipp.' She was suffering from cancer, dying. When she was really bad, she said: 'Don't leave him, help him. Be like a mother to him,'" the singer shared last autumn.

For three months, these words were discussed by everyone except Kirkorov himself. Friends and acquaintances defended him, arguing why Pugacheva was being disingenuous when talking about 'a marriage to help a friend.' The star's former manager, Leonid Dziunik, even accused Alla Pugacheva of living off Kirkorov for 10 years.

"At that time, Alla had no concerts, she wasn't earning anything. The chip production was a failure, sitting in casinos — everything was on her husband's money. Those 250 thousand dollars that I brought for the promotion of Nastya Stotskaya went to meet Alla's needs. Later, Philipp had to pay that money back. She stripped him bare," Dziunik stated.

And now the time has come when Philipp Kirkorov himself felt ready to comment on Alla Pugacheva's words. In the show 'Natalya's Chart,' he responded to whether it hurt him to hear such things about himself, considering they had a relationship that lasted 11 years.

"What did she say that was so bad? She was just reminiscing about our life... I am grateful to her, and she is to me. I don't see anything scandalous in her words," Kirkorov said, answering questions from Olesya Ivanchenko.

The singer emphasized that he does not find anything offensive in the Primadonna's words; it's just that show business leaves its mark on everyone.

"It was still our life, and it was beautiful. For some, it works out, for others, it doesn't, but the main thing is to remember with gratitude what loved ones gave each other," the singer stressed, noting that the rest can be considered 'the costs of show business.'
