The outgoing year has been eventful for singer Liene Greifane-Pence – she married an American, moved to Tennessee, and achieved success on her spiritual path.
“I did it! Reiki, level 1 – from today I am a certified healer. This is a wonderful chapter in my spiritual journey,” shared Liene Greifane, a Latvian singer living in the USA, who has been practicing Reiki since she was 20.
“Reiki works with the universal life energy that flows through each of us. It helps to balance the mind, body, and spirit by removing emotional blocks, calming the nervous system, and supporting natural healing,” the singer told Privātā Dzīve magazine.
She explains that a person's mind and emotions greatly affect the body, and only by understanding the true causes can one get rid of diseases.
“Anger, pain, hatred, resentments – all of this accumulates in the body, and the body tries to signal what is wrong with it,” says Liene. She has big plans to develop her new skills – the singer intends to open her own Reiki studio.
