If you live in Jelgava or plan to spend the holiday weekend there for Latvia's Independence Day, don't be alarmed if you notice a strange figure covered in tattoos on the streets. This is The Black Alien, or 'Black Alien' — a world-renowned French tattoo artist. Behind a somewhat frightening appearance is a friendly person, reports TV3.
The Black Alien, real name — Anthony Loffredo, is a tattoo master of French origin who became famous worldwide for transforming his body into what he himself calls a 'project.' His goal is to completely transform into the Black Alien.
To approach this image, Loffredo has undergone a series of radical changes. Almost his entire body, including the whites of his eyes, is covered in tattoos, his nose and ears have been amputated, his fingers have been shortened to resemble 'claws,' and implants shaped like horns have been inserted into his head.
The Black Alien has millions of followers on social media, and now fans from Latvia will also have the chance to meet him — this autumn, Anthony decided to spend some time in Jelgava.

He was invited to Latvia by the famous Latvian tattoo artist Sofia Valtere — they became friends at one of the international tattoo seminars.
The Black Alien will be in Jelgava from November 14 to 19. During this period, he plans to explore the most beautiful places in Latvia with Sofia, happily meet fans, and even work.

And for those who are not fond of tattoos and such aesthetics, Sofia urges not to worry if they accidentally encounter this Frenchman on the streets of Jelgava or in another corner of Latvia. Behind the frightening appearance is a very kind and well-mannered person.
