In a candid interview with Howard Stern, singer and actress Jennifer Lopez revealed that she still hasn’t felt truly loved. Despite bright romances, luxurious weddings, and gifts, all her marriages ended in divorce — including her rekindled relationship with Ben Affleck.
"It’s not me — men just don’t know how to love"
In response to the host's question, J.Lo admitted that for a long time she searched for the reason for her failures within herself, but eventually realized:
"I realized that it’s not that I can’t be loved, but that men are not capable of it. They gave me what they could — rings, houses, promises… but they couldn’t truly share themselves."
According to the singer, external manifestations of love are not what makes relationships real:
"They gave me everything except the most important part — themselves. And you can’t buy that."
Working on herself after the divorce from Ben Affleck
After breaking up with Affleck, Jennifer decided to understand her emotional patterns and began working with professionals.
"I had a spiritual mentor, a psychotherapist, a family therapist, an individual psychotherapist, and a coach. I told myself, 'Damn it, I will figure this out, even if it kills me.'"
The artist admitted that her divorce from Ben was a painful but important step for her — and, in her words, the best decision of her life.

The actor himself also shared his thoughts on the breakup. He noted that their separation was less dramatic than it appears from the outside: according to him, "it turned out to be simpler than others thought."
