One of the most recognizable European projects in the electronic pop genre, Kadebostany, will participate in the Laima Rendezvous Jūrmala 2026 festival for the first time on Friday, July 24. Founded by producer and composer Guillaume de Kadebostany, the group has maintained its status as one of the most conceptual European collectives for over a decade.
The project gained worldwide fame with compositions such as "Castle in the Snow," "Mind If I Stay," "Take Me To The Moon," and an unusual interpretation of Beyoncé's hit "Crazy in Love," which was featured in the movie "Fifty Shades of Grey." Over the years, Kadebostany has amassed over a billion streams worldwide, performed hundreds of concerts in dozens of countries, and has become a regular guest at major European festivals. In 2026, the band continues its world tour The Outsider Tour in support of the new album "The Outsider," which is already being hailed as one of the brightest works of the project in recent years.
The collective describes its music as "sophisticated music with mass appeal." Indeed, their creativity lies at the intersection of pop music, electronics, indie, and contemporary art performance. Each performance of the project is not just a concert but a full-fledged visual-musical show with a special atmosphere and recognizable style.
"Laima Rendezvous Jūrmala always brings together artists with their own musical handwriting and true stage charisma. Kadebostany is exactly that kind of project. It embodies modern European sound, aesthetics, and incredible stage energy," notes Laima Vaikule.
About the festival: Since 2015, the Laima Rendezvous Jūrmala festival has been one of the most prestigious cultural events in the Baltics. Held in the legendary Dzintari Concert Hall, it annually unites global stars, recognized masters, and the most relevant contemporary artists, creating a unique atmosphere of creative freedom and musical discoveries.
