She explained how to make eggs in "Tartar" sauce, which will be a true decoration for your festive table.
Eggs in "Tartar" Sauce
Ingredients:
eggs – 6 pcs;
pickled cucumbers – 200 g;
pickled mushrooms – 170 g;
shallot/red onion – 1 pc;
Greek yogurt – 400 g;
mayonnaise – 4 tbsp;
mustard – 1 tbsp;
spices: salt, pepper – to taste;
green onions.
Cooking Method:
1. Boil the eggs hard, then cool, peel, and cut in half.
2. In a deep bowl, combine finely chopped cucumbers, mushrooms, and onion.
3. Add yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, and spices, and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is achieved.
4. Transfer the sauce to a dish, place the halves of the boiled eggs on top, and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
