Ingredients:
lavash
chicken fillet - 1 piece
fried mushrooms with onions (600 g raw plus 2 onions)
tomatoes - 2 pieces
herbs to taste
cheese - 300 g
salt, pepper to taste
cream - 1 cup
eggs 3-4 pieces
1. Let's start by preparing the filling. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Fry the mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil until cooked, adding salt and pepper to taste.
2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Cut the tomatoes into thin half-rings.
4. For the filling, mix the eggs with the cream and add salt.
5. For assembling the pie, use a baking dish lined with parchment paper. You can grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Place one sheet of lavash, trimming it to size if necessary.
6. Pour the creamy filling over the lavash sheet. Add the chicken, sprinkle with salt, spices, and cheese.
7. Cover with another sheet of lavash and pour more filling. Now add the mushrooms and a bit of cheese.
8. Cover with a sheet of lavash and add the tomatoes. You can sprinkle with herbs to taste and add more filling.
9. The final layer will be another sheet of lavash; you can also use scraps if available. Pour the remaining filling and sprinkle with cheese.
10. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
