Try replacing coffee with one of the drinks containing lemon, ginger, natural berries, or spices, and your morning will become more energetic, with alertness lasting throughout the day.
When to Give Up Coffee
There are several signs indicating the need to replace your morning coffee with healthier tonic drinks:
* Excessive excitability accompanied by fatigue, stress, and weakness;
* Stomach pains occurring immediately after consuming coffee;
* Discomfort in the chest and heart area.
1. Citrus Cocoa
Ingredients:
Cocoa powder — 1.5 tbsp
Milk — 200 ml
Cream — 30 ml
Sugar — to taste
Chocolate with at least 70% cocoa — 40 g
Orange juice — 3 tsp
Orange zest — to taste
Cinnamon — to taste
Preparation:
Mix the cream and milk, bring to a boil;
Add cocoa powder, chocolate, and sugar to the boiling milk, stir until smooth;
Remove from heat, add orange juice, and mix thoroughly;

2. Sea Buckthorn Tea

Juniper berries — 70 g
Lemon juice — to taste
