Ingredients:
3 boiled eggs
1/2 can of canned corn
50-70 g of frozen asparagus
1 cucumber
1 tomato
200 g of tuna in oil
mayonnaise or yogurt
salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs hard, then cool them. Peel and cut into quarters.
2. Rinse the cucumber and tomato thoroughly. Peel the onion and slice it into half rings.
3. Slice the cucumber into half rings and the tomato into small pieces. If necessary, rinse the salad leaves and dry them, then tear them into medium-sized pieces.
4. Drain the corn in a sieve to remove excess liquid, then transfer the kernels to a salad bowl.
