The dismissed director is accused of a targeted campaign.

A federal court in New York has dismissed most of actress Blake Lively's claims against actor and director Justin Baldoni in a case related to the filming of the movie "All Will End on Us."

According to Reuters, Judge Lewis Liman refused to consider, in particular, her allegations of sexual harassment, as well as a number of other claims.

At the same time, the court upheld part of the lawsuit. According to Reuters and AP, Lively will be able to continue the proceedings regarding allegations of retaliatory actions by the production company Wayfarer Studios, as well as claims of breach of contract and aiding retaliatory actions. The line about the alleged revenge campaign following her complaints will now become central to the process.

In June 2025, the same court dismissed a counterclaim by Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios against Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds for defamation and extortion allegations.

The next court hearing on Lively's remaining claims is scheduled for May 2026.

In December 2024, actress Blake Lively filed a lawsuit against her co-star in "All Will End on Us," Justin Baldoni, accusing him of sexual harassment. Baldoni was the director of the film.

Lively claimed that an attempt to harm her reputation was made after she and her husband Ryan Reynolds reported "multiple incidents of sexual harassment and other unpleasant manifestations" by Baldoni and the film's producer. According to the actress, the producers and Baldoni's plan was a targeted campaign aimed at destroying her reputation, which included posting negative reviews about Lively on social media, as well as articles criticizing the actress.

During the film's promotional tour, journalists noted that Lively and Baldoni had not appeared together in public. At that time, Lively stated that Baldoni kissed her for much longer than necessary during the filming of intimate scenes. He also asked her how much she weighed before a scene in which he needed to carry her. The lawsuit also states that Justin allegedly showed Blake photos and videos of naked women, boasted about his romantic conquests, and talked about his pornography addiction. The actress claims that Baldoni wanted to ruin her reputation due to disagreements over the film's promotional strategy. Allegedly, she preferred to emphasize the resilience of the main character, while Baldoni focused on the domestic violence she experiences. Disagreements between the actors arose even during filming. The producers were forced to hold an operational meeting that included Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds. The actress requested that no new intimate scenes with Baldoni be added to the script, aside from those already approved.
