Missing singer Paula Dukure found dead, LETA reports.
The State Police (GP) has initiated a criminal process regarding this case and is investigating the exact circumstances of what happened; however, the information currently available to the police does not indicate that a crime was committed against the woman, the GP informed the LETA agency.
As previously reported, Dukure, born in 1993, left the building on Jugla on February 12 and has not been seen since.
According to publicly available information, Dukure participated in the Latvian national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 along with Edijs and Mix Dukurs. In 2012, she participated in this selection with another song. In 2014, Dukure was nominated for the Latvian Music Award of the Year in the category of "Best Debut."
