The apartment is located on a high floor in the residential complex "Filippovsky" on Arbat. The area of the property is 300 sq. m, and the deal also includes two parking spaces.

The building itself belongs to the expensive segment, so such apartments are rarely put up for open sale. The windows overlook the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, which should only increase the value.

Showings are organized only for verified buyers. Realtors work with a narrow circle of clients, and during viewings, photo and video are prohibited, so there is no information about the interior available to the public.

Polina Medelyanovskaya, a partner at the Kalinka group of companies, noted in a conversation with TASS that due to the good view, the apartment could indeed be sold for more than the market price. For comparison, a lot on the 6th floor with finishing is currently being sold in the same building for 265 million rubles.

Pugacheva received the apartment in 2004 from Ruslan Baysarov. After her divorce from Philip Kirkorov, she moved here, and since then, this residence has remained her main property in Moscow.
