In Riga, the supply of apartments increased by 1% in February compared to January, while in the largest districts of Riga, the growth was also 1%, according to the latest market review of series apartments by the real estate company "Arco Real Estate," reports LETA.
In comparison to January 2025, the supply of apartments in Riga decreased by 23%, while in the largest districts of Riga, it decreased by 33%.
In February, the total supply of apartments in Riga exceeded 1,000 units. Such a low supply of series apartments in February was also observed in 2021.
Summarizing the number of apartments offered in the districts of Riga, the company concluded that the highest supply was in Agenskalns — 165 apartments, while the lowest was in Zolitūde, where 30 apartments were offered.
The company also notes that the decline in the supply of apartments, which had been observed since September of last year, stopped in February of this year. The number of offers in February increased the most in Purvciems — by 18%, while it decreased the most in Zolitūde — by 17%.
In February, when analyzing the number of offers proportionally to the size of the district, that is, by the number of residents, the highest supply of apartments was in Agenskalns. Conversely, in Kengarags, the number of offers was proportionally the lowest.
