The Consumer Rights Protection Center (CRPC), after receiving several statements from consumers, began assessing the activities of the online store "n1home.lv," which is supported by and through which trade is conducted by LLC "N1 Home," the CRPC reported to the LETA agency.

The agency indicated that between December 1, 2025, and February 20, 2026, 34 consumer complaints were received, as well as 30 consultations provided regarding issues faced by buyers when purchasing goods from "N1 Home."

In particular, the Consumer Rights Protection Center (CRPC) received complaints that after ordering and paying for goods, customers receive messages stating that delivery will not occur within the agreed timeframe, delivery times are repeatedly postponed, refunds for undelivered goods are delayed, and responses to consumer inquiries are not provided.

The CRPC notes that currently, out of all submitted complaints, 20 have been resolved. After evaluating the received statements, the CRPC has initiated an investigation into the practices of "N1 Home."
