The residential property management company AS "Civinitу Mājas" will strengthen collaboration with apartment owners in the new year 2026, emphasizing clear and regular communication as the main vector of development.
"We want to be even closer to apartment owners — both in everyday matters and in making strategic decisions," emphasizes board member of "Civinitу Mājas" Diana Friedenberga.
Responsiveness and support from residents are particularly important in creating a modern and safe environment. According to the legislation, the management company must have access to all engineering communications to check whether they are in good and safe condition, such as electrical wiring, heating systems, and risers.
"This year, the winter is quite snowy, and it is necessary to clear the parking lots, which means that apartment owners must be ready to temporarily move their cars. For the work to be carried out timely and effectively, understanding and cooperation from residents are required," provides an example of everyday collaboration D. Friedenberga.
The company intends to actively implement new technologies — both in everyday communication and in the technical management of buildings. "We see great potential in using digital solutions — from more convenient communication platforms to data analysis and monitoring of technical processes," emphasizes the management of "Civinitу Mājas."
Plans also include more active preventive communication — timely clarification of both the technical condition of the buildings and the necessary work in the future. "One of the tasks for 2026 will be to assist apartment owners in forming a long-term view of the building. We want to move from reacting to critical situations to systematic and thoughtful development of buildings, where decisions are made timely and with a full understanding of the consequences," emphasizes the board member.
"We see 2026 as a year of growth and strengthening trust. Our ambition is to be not just a management company, but a long-term partner that helps preserve and increase the value of buildings in the future," summarizes Diana Friedenberga.
The "Civinitу" group includes more than 20 companies managing over 10 million square meters of residential and commercial buildings. In Latvia, Lithuania, and the United Kingdom, the group employs more than 2000 people.
