"The question is, could we include the same America in our [transport] corridor, and how? With volumes measured in millions of tons, there are few options. Either it’s Russian ports or the ports of the Baltic states. There are two possibilities, and beyond that, it is definitely the work of politicians, lobbyists, and other interested parties. The presence of America here, in terms of security, would definitely make a very positive contribution."
