Supplies of Russian beer to China quadrupled in a month. This is reported by the media, citing data from the Chinese customs. In October, the export of this type of alcohol rose to 880,000 liters. The previous month, the export volumes of beer were 237,000 liters. The value of supplies increased 3.3 times, reaching $556,500. At the same time, Chinese companies have reduced their alcohol exports to the Russian market for the second consecutive month. In October, the volume of imported beer fell by 14 percent to a five-month low of 3.6 million liters. As of the end of the first ten months of 2025, the total production volumes of cider in Russia increased by 21.1 percent year-on-year. During the reporting period, Russia produced a total of 10.13 million decaliters (dal) of cider and 3.36 million dal of mead. Meanwhile, the production of other types of low-alcohol beverages in the country showed the opposite trend: the output of beer and beer drinks during this time decreased by 0.6 percent (to 760.5 million dal), while the production of poire fell by 5.5 percent to 193.3 thousand dal.
