It is also known that in 2020, Zhu rented an apartment near Oracle's headquarters in California.

Ellison and Jolin's marriage was only made public in 2024 through a post on the social media account of the University of Michigan football team, which thanked "Larry and his wife Jolin" (a graduate of the same university) for their help in acquiring quarterback Bryce Underwood for the team.
