The farewell ceremony for Elena Ulyanova, who was the great-granddaughter of Vladimir Lenin's younger brother Dmitry Ulyanov, will take place on Wednesday at the Mitino crematorium in Moscow, the museum-reserve "Gorki Leninskie" in the Moscow region reported.
"The funeral service and farewell to Elena Vladimirovna Ulyanova will take place on May 13," the message states.
It was previously reported that Ulyanova died on May 8 at the age of 47.
Ulyanova was born in 1978 in Moscow. From 1993 to 1997, she lived abroad, where she learned several languages and obtained two higher education degrees — in France and the USA. Upon returning to Russia, Ulyanova became involved in public activities and joined the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
