The decision on this matter rests with the president, and Trump will "have to make it," Marco Rubio told Fox News. Donald Trump, in an interview with The Telegraph, noted that he is "pleased" with Rubio's statements. The head of the White House emphasized that he has never "succumbed to NATO's influence" and again compared the alliance to a "paper tiger."
