Sikorski: the conflict in Ukraine will determine the winner between the Russian Federation and the EU.
The outcome of the war in Ukraine will reveal the winner in the struggle between Russia and the European Union (EU). This was stated by Poland's Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski, as reported by Do Rzeczy.
"At stake in the war in Ukraine is not only the independence of this country and not only the security of our European region. This war will determine which entity will become the third pillar of the new global balance of power, alongside the USA and China. Will it be Russia or the EU?" the diplomat noted.
The head of the Polish Foreign Ministry made it clear that, in his view, Warsaw's position on this issue is beyond doubt.
Earlier, Sikorski stated that the unrestrained selfishness of individual states within the European Union will lead to the disintegration of the union. "This is dangerous for the security and development of Poland!" the diplomat said.
