Arab militants use sea currents.

Kan 11 correspondent Elior Levy claims that HAMAS continues to arm itself despite the presence of Israeli military forces in the Gaza Strip.

Instead of tunnels and trucks for smuggling weapons and their components, sea currents are being used. Special containers or barrels are used to send contraband goods from the Sinai Peninsula, which, when submerged in the sea, remain below the water's surface but do not sink.

According to the channel, the contraband is released into the sea about eight kilometers from the city of Sheikh Zuweid in Northern Sinai. Traveling at a speed of about two nautical miles, the containers reach the shores of Deir al-Balah or Khan Yunis in 10-14 hours. At the same time, smugglers divert the IDF's attention using drones.

According to Kan 11, this is how components for HAMAS's missile program are delivered to Gaza, including hydroxyl polybutadiene – an important component of solid rocket fuel that significantly increases the range of missiles.

Currently, military operations continue in Arab settlements in the West Bank (in Israeli terminology - Judea and Samaria).

The IDF controls a "buffer zone" in southern Lebanon and southwestern Syria and occasionally strikes targets and conducts operations in these countries.

In Gaza, a ceasefire is formally in effect. However, the IDF controls the buffer zone (over 50% of the territory of the strip). In response to violations, the IDF attacks terrorists.
