The U.S. may use trade licenses to take revenge on countries that have deceived Washington for many decades. This was stated by U.S. President Donald Trump on Truth Social.
"First of all, I can use licenses to do absolutely 'terrible' things to other countries, especially those that have been cheating us for decades," he wrote.
