Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the documents on security guarantees for Ukraine are ready. He announced this during his evening video address on his Telegram channel.
"The documents on guarantees are ready. There is no alternative to security. There is no alternative to peace. There is no alternative to the restoration of our state," he emphasized.
In addition, Zelensky reported that significant international events on defense and security will take place this week.
"There will be significant international events this week. Our position will be presented sufficiently in Europe and with America. In fact, our negotiation group is working every day now on those documents, on those proposals that can yield results at the upcoming meetings," he noted.
According to Zelensky, reliable security guarantees are the "only real basis for peace to exist."
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky mentioned that Ukraine's allies will supply it with new aircraft, including 150 Swedish multi-role Gripen fighters and 100 French Rafale jets. Furthermore, the head of state stated that the Ukrainian authorities will focus on the restoration and development of civil aviation after the war with the Russian Federation.
