Trump commented on the US plans against Iran 0 10

US President Donald Trump stated that American authorities do not inform their allies in the Persian Gulf about the details of plans against Iran. He mentioned this in an interview with Fox News journalist Jackie Heinrich.

"We can’t tell them the plan. If we told them, it would be just as bad as telling it to you, or even worse," he said.

At the same time, the head of state clarified that the plan involves dialogue with Tehran. "Listen, the plan is this: [Iran] is negotiating with us, and we will see if we can do something," Trump noted.

Earlier, Trump was presented with an expanded list of potential military measures against Iran, including the possibility of raids on Iranian facilities. The new options from the Pentagon go beyond previously discussed scenarios and are aimed at damaging Iran's nuclear and missile programs, as well as weakening its supreme leader.
