According to the publication, a U.S. Navy carrier strike group led by the nuclear aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln has entered the Strait of Malacca and is heading to the Middle East.
Journalists noted that U.S. President Donald Trump may order a military strike on Iran.
"The arrival of these forces in the region opens up a wide range of possible actions for Trump against Iran, from direct military strikes to the possibility mentioned by foreign diplomats," the author of the article suggested.
It was previously reported that Trump sent an American armada to Iran "just in case."
