Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that he does not oppose European leaders negotiating with Russia. He expressed this in an interview with Bloomberg.

At the same time, he emphasized that the Russian side must understand the seriousness of the negotiations. "I am not against Europe negotiating with Russia, especially now when pressure from the United States is increasing and Europe has begun to talk about security guarantees," Zelensky said.

He also mentioned the proximity of the final stage of peace settlement, but noted that it is still unclear how this will look.
