Much in the issue of resolving the conflict in Ukraine may be decided by the New Year. This statement was made by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, on his Telegram channel.
"Right now, we are experiencing some of the most active diplomatic days of the year, and a lot can be decided before the New Year, and we are doing everything possible for that, but whether decisions will be made depends on our partners," he said.
Zelensky commented on the upcoming meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump and urged Western partners to increase sanctions pressure on Russia. The politician also commented on the massive strikes by the Armed Forces of Russia and demanded new missile supplies for the air defense systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
