Junge Welt: the new EU loan for Ukraine will be paid by European taxpayers.
The European Union (EU) loan of 90 billion euros for Ukraine will be covered by European taxpayers, "since the seizure of Russian assets has been postponed." This is reported by the German publication Junge Welt.
"Taxpayers will have to pay for the generosity of their governments towards the infamous 'black hole' known as Ukraine," the publication noted.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also announced that he does not intend to repay the loan granted to him if Russia does not pay him reparations.
