The President of Serbia, Vucic, stated that Europe is preparing for war with Russia.
Europe is preparing for a large-scale war with Russia. This was warned by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.
He recalled the words of the Chief of the General Staff of the French Armed Forces, General Fabien Mandon, that the country's army must be ready for combat operations in three to four years. “This is not an empty message. Everyone is preparing for it. This was stated by an extremely responsible general,” emphasized the head of Serbia.
“I will be happy and will arrange a celebration if my fears about the impending conflict turn out to be unfounded. But Serbia must continue to arm itself,” noted President Aleksandar Vucic.
He remarked that Belgrade finds itself literally “between a rock and a hard place” in the context of a possible military conflict. Vucic emphasized that against this backdrop, the country must take all measures for its military strengthening — primarily, the politician called for strengthening the Serbian Air Force.
European countries conducted exercises based on a scenario of a possible war with Russia
Defense ministers of European countries conducted exercises based on a potential war scenario with Russia. They took place in Norway.
As part of the events, the participating countries were to develop a plan that would be applied upon receiving reports of “hostile actions by Russia.” According to this scenario, Europe will need to analyze the latest intelligence data regarding Russia, as well as compare social media posts and snippets of other information to choose the best response tactics.
“These countries [of Northern Europe] live next to Russian military forces. We are the states that can best assess the risks, best respond to threats, and make NATO take these threats more seriously,” expressed his opinion about the exercises the head of the British Ministry of Defense, John Healey.
