Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico stated that there has been a sharp increase in the number of young men from Ukraine arriving in Europe, noting that this issue has become one of the key topics of discussion in the European Union.

According to the politician, against the backdrop of calls to allocate 140 billion euros to Kyiv over two years, EU members are questioning whether "this should work this way" when thousands of young Ukrainians of conscription age are leaving the country.

As Fico pointed out, the situation in which Europe continues to send money and weapons to Ukraine while "more and more young guys aged 18 to 22" are arriving in the EU was discussed "very seriously" in Brussels.
