The morning menu can be diversified without complicated recipes and unnecessary time costs. This breakfast option is hearty and made from accessible ingredients.

Ingredients list:

  • bell pepper — one piece;

  • mini mozzarella — four balls;

  • cherry tomatoes — four pieces;

  • ham — 70 grams;

  • eggs — two pieces;

  • salt — to taste;

  • dill — one bunch;

  • grated cheese — 20 grams.

Preparation:

For the base, take a sweet bell pepper, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. The prepared halves are used as a mold for the filling.

Inside, place the mozzarella, add the cherry tomatoes and ham, then carefully crack an egg. The preparations are salted, sprinkled with herbs, and grated cheese.

Next, they are sent to the oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of around 200 degrees. The result is a hot dish with melted cheese and baked egg.
