Ingredients for 6 Servings
-
Puff pastry (unleavened) - 500 g
-
Figs - 4–5 pcs. (180 g)
-
Brie cheese - 60 g

Gorgonzola cheese - 70 g

Egg - 1 pc.
-
Walnuts - 20 g
-
Liquid honey - 40 g

Preparation

Beat the egg and brush the dough with it using a brush.
-
Cut the figs into wedges, and slice the brie cheese.
-
Crumble the gorgonzola by hand.
-
Chop the walnuts not too finely.
-
Distribute the sliced cheese, figs, and walnuts evenly over the surface of the dough.

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 °C (top/bottom mode + convection) for about 20 minutes — until the dough is fully cooked.
-
Garnish the finished pie with sprigs of rosemary and drizzle with honey.
