Doctor Sebastián La Rosa stated that the time to wake up should neither be excessively early nor too late. According to him, both options can negatively affect well-being. This was reported by ABC.
The specialist noted that waking up around five in the morning for workouts puts additional strain on the body. He also deemed the habit of waking up closer to 10:30 not the best solution, except in situations related to time zone changes or special circumstances.
La Rosa considers the optimal time to wake up to be between 6:45 and 7:00 AM. He pointed out that a chaotic sleep schedule harms the body more than even a lack of sleep.
Regular sleep helps maintain the functioning of the nervous system, hormonal balance, and energy levels throughout the day. According to specialists, it is the routine that plays a key role in the body's recovery and overall health.
