Ingredients (3 servings):
- Sausages — 3 pcs.
- Eggs — 3 pcs.
- Greens for decoration — 15 g
- Salt — to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying — 1 tbsp.
Preparation:
- Clean the sausages.
- Boil for 2-3 minutes for elasticity.
- Cut the sausage lengthwise, not all the way through.
- Turn the edges of the sausage outward and secure with a toothpick.
- Fry in a pan for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
- Flip and press down with a spatula to ensure they fit tightly.
- Crack an egg into each heart shape; a little egg white may spill out — this can be fixed with a knife after cooking.
- Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes until the egg white is set.
- Place on a plate and garnish with greens to taste.
